Saturday night was movie night and dinner with my husband and two other couples that are our good friends. It had been awhile since we had all gotten together with the holidays and us being gone for the birth of our granddaughter.
I enjoyed the movie, "Juno". It made me laugh and cry. Not sure about it being an Academy award movie, but an interesting, quirky, movie. The acting was really well done. My husband wasn't quite as sold on it.
After the movie we went to a local BBQ restaurant. We stopped at Longhorn's Steakhouse and Chili's and both were over an hour wait. Everyone was out to eat on a Saturday evening. It doesn't seem like the restaurant business is suffering at all during this economic downturn.
