We had a wonderful family Christmas - enjoyed each others' company, ate too much, played "Balderdash", watched the granddaughters' play with their new toys, visited with extended family and just overall had a good time.
Here are a few pictures of items I received for Christmas. My family was very generous and right on with what I love. My husband bought me this sweater and boots. Love, love them. Comfy on a cold day.
My daughter and family bought me Toms shoes with Africa countries outlined on the shoes. Very cool and comfy as well. If you are not familiar with Toms Shoes, they donate a pair of shoes to a child in need with every purchase. I also received a photo book from 2009 of my daughter's family and what happened that year for them. Fun pictures.
My son purchased an Amazon gift certificate for my husband and myself to use to purchase books for our Kindles. My son and I purchased a Kindle and cover for my husband for Christmas so he could have one just for himself.
I'm looking forward to reading blogs about others' Christmas celebrations. I have already begun the January clean-up and clean-out and will post on that soon.

Is Uganda on your Tom's shoes? We are on the board of a mission called Mercy Uganda and if they have Uganda, I'd like to get a pair for our director. :)
There is a small section that is Uganda. Not sure if every shoe is made the same though.
