We recently celebrated my mother's 80th birthday. My mom's in good health and looking great for her age! Hopefully this will be hereditary!

Happy Birthday to your mom!!! I hope she is able to stay healthy for all of her life! My mama is 88 and is completely unable to do anything for herself. I'm working hard to not let that happen to me. Health is a wonderful gift!!!!!
