Hot Wings Recipe

This is the recipe I used for Hot Wings for our latest party. They were exceptionally good.

INGREDIENTS:
4 lb. bag party chicken wings (bought at Aldi's already cut up)
1 1/2 bottles Louisiana Hot Sauce (or any hot sauce you have around that you like)
4 pkgs Good Seasons Italian Dressing Mix
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/2 stick butter, melted

PREPARATION:
Spread wings in the bottom of a baking dish. Mix all other ingredients in a bowl and pour over wings. Bake at 400 F for an hour or until meat falls off the bone.

Hello! I just saw your name at Plumwater Cottage. I'm in Missouri, also.

Our family has many Mizzou fans, including our newest grandson, just over a week old. He arrived in time for Saturday's game! His big sis (age 17, yes, there are 17 years between them)is an Oklahoma fan. Can you imagine that?

It's sleeting here, as I type. It snowed for about 2 hours, before the sleet began.

I hope you visit the back porch, soon. It's great to find another Missourian!
